In one of the small caves at the eastern end of Clashach Cove, the action of the sea on the sandstone pavement has produced a contoured landscape in miniature. The rock has been tinted by the seaweed which covers it at high tide.
This image was shortlisted in the 2012 UK 'Landscape Photographer of the Year' competition.
